Team Manager (Gloucester)
You will lead, manage, support and shape teams of workers to provide outstanding support in a variety of settings. You will ensure the provision of a high quality support service that is delivered in a person centred way.
•Day to day management duties to set a positive culture that reflect our values and effectively run the commissioned services.
•Deploy staff resources based on the assessed needs and preferences of people via an electronic roster/data capture system.Support people to live independently.
•Support people to take as much control and responsibility in terms of decision making in all aspects of their lives.
•Take a lead role in devising, implementing and reviewing services to people supported in line with the contract specification, including care plans, risk assessments and PBS plans.
•Supporting people with daily living skills to exercise choice, control and decision making in their own lives and in the provision of support services they receive.
The right person for this role will have a proven track record in a similar role. We are looking for

You will need to be able to drive and have access to a car for work.
