Who are we looking for?

You'll have good written and verbal communication skills as you will be responsible for developing individual support plans and risk assessments.

Every person employed by Pobl shares the same values – watch our Pobl Values video to learn more.

“I joined Pobl in may 2010 with little care experience. Being a caring person the role fitted my nature perfectly. I get great job satisfaction from being able to use my life experience and caring nature to support others. I have just had a promotion too – Soon I will start my new role as Lead Support Worker. But I couldn’t have done it without the fantastic support of the team here – they make it such a great place to work.” – Lesa
