Field Supervisor


We are looking to recruit Field Care Supervisors covering the Forest of Dean, Gloucester.

Due to the area needed we can only accommodate drivers

The role will involve amongst other things:-

Supporting and supervising Care/Support Workers in performing their duties in providing care services to Service Users. Completing an assessment of the needs for every potential Service User prior to a support plan being prepared. Liaising with external professionals to assess the needs of the people we support and review the services we provide. To participate in a rotational on-call system as required. To perform the duties of a Care/Support Worker where needed.

The Person

Experience of working in the care environment
Ideally, NVQ level 3 or level 2 qualified working towards level 3 in Health & Social Care
Minimum of 1 Year`s experience as a Field Supervisor
Ability to engage with staff, service users, and outside agencies
Ability to set and maintain high standards of quality in all areas of work
Full driving licence and own car
