Gloucestershire Floating Support Service is an exciting service covering the whole of the county supporting individuals with learning disability, mental health conditions, vulnerable adults and people who may have drug or alcohol problems. We are looking for a Support Workers to join this service.

For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
How can I make a difference?
Providing pro-active, responsible, flexible, person centred support to people in their own homes and communities.
Offer appropriate levels of support in a sensitive manner, taking into account the emotional and intellectual needs of the person needing support, respecting their choice and privacy.
Liaising with line manager regarding support undertaken with individual.
Providing practical assistance and advice with regards to personal finance and budgeting, risk management and the maintenance of personal records.
Complete appropriate administration tasks in relation to the role, including developing risk assessments, risk management plans, needs assessments and outcomes focussed support plans.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will:
Be an enthusiastic, self-motivating and experienced Support Worker.
Have a proven track record in a similar role.
Be able to drive and have access to a car for work.
