Your day will involve supporting people with everyday tasks, for example cooking, cleaning their homes and managing finances. You’ll also support individuals with their personal care and medication needs.

You’ll support individuals to access their community to do the things they enjoy, for example shopping, socialising, days out, visiting Day Centres, or accessing education, sporting and job opportunities. You’ll build professional relationships based on trust, respect and understanding.

You’re considerate and respect people’s differences. You have good communication skills and a positive, patient approach. You’ll need to be flexible and able to work shifts including weekends and sleepins/waking nights, as the roles include a 24/7 rota. A full driving licence is essential.

Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.
