All user accounts are set up independently with Flourish and, as such, organisations will have oversight of their own accounts only. As a local authority, GCC cannot see any of the individual users who access the system via the part-funded offer. Flourish provide updates to GCC on the organisations who are using the system, the number of active learners they have, and the number of course completions, by organisation, and course title – this is the only data that GCC receives.

User Support and Help Guides

Flourish have a Digital Help Centre which includes a knowledge base of help articles, video guides and FAQs to help users navigate the system and make full use of its functionality.

Flourish also have a dedicated customer support team who are there to help with onboarding and any platform questions you may have. During office hours, the team can be contacted on 03300 560555 or an online support ticket can be raised. The team aim to respond to all tickets within 24 hours.

How to Register with Flourish Access

Please see the relevant section below for instructions.

If you are working in an adult social care organisation, as the manager/training lead, you will hold a primary account with Flourish and need to add learners (employees) to the platform via your manager portal so please complete the registration form below.

Individual employees do not each need to register for an account, please contact your manager/training lead.

Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) part funds access to Flourish’s e-learning platform, ‘Click’, for employees of any adult social care provider in Gloucestershire. The Flourish contract is now in place until 31st March 2027.

The funding provided by GCC covers the majority of the cost each year; however, adult social care providers will need to pay a contribution directly to Flourish to access ‘Click’. The contribution is £1 per learner, per month - plus VAT to support the continual development of the system and customer experience. This equates to £12 per learner, per year - plus VAT - for access to over 130 social care related CPD certified courses (including the Care Certificate), mandatory training and a range of specialist courses. New courses and system updates are also planned for the upcoming year.

The average price for non-funded services to continue using ‘Click’ would normally be £3 per learner, per month - plus VAT. The offer with GCC therefore saves you £24 per learner, per year.

Learner charges will be automatically adjusted by Flourish in accordance with updates made on your manager portal with respect to leavers and new starters. You may wish to review your account and remove any learners that no longer work for your organisation to ensure you are only charged for those currently working in your organisation.

The reporting function automatically updates when a learner completes an assessment which gives live and up to date reporting.

To register for an account, adult social care providers (manager or training lead) need to:

  • Go to the page online registration form
  • Click 'register now'
  • Complete the form including your name, email and organisation and include in the 'your message' box that you are an external care sector provider
  • Select 'Adult Social Care' as the area you work in
  • Select 'Gloucestershire' as your LA area and
  • click 'submit'

A member of the Flourish team will then be in touch with you to seek further information regarding the organisation you work in to check eligibility for part-funded access. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the Flourish team will arrange the creation of an account for you and send you a welcome email with instructions on how to complete the set-up of your account.
