Arden University offer a costed senior leader apprenticeship in health and care (plus optional executive MBA). This has been designed for ambitious health and care leaders who want to accelerate to the next stage of their career and lead departments, services, systems of care or transformation projects.

This virtual programme provides current and future leaders with the knowledge, high-level leadership and management skills, and desired behaviours to become more effective, while delivering professional pan-industry leadership qualifications and a professional pathway to Chartered Manager status. The course fee is dependent on whether the employer is a level or non-levy payer.
