Digital Hubs (DigiHubs)

The Digital Hubs, “DigiHubs”, project is a new innovative approach which aims is to increase digital inclusion across all six districts in Gloucestershire. Each district offers free, accessible, tailored support to individuals which is facilitated by voluntary community partners.

The hubs are mobile and set-up in locations such as GP surgeries and community centres, and individuals who want to access support can drop-in without an appointment. Support can be offered with areas such as video calling, downloading apps, booking online appointments via apps, and tech support for individuals whose first language may not be English.

Organisations can also contact their community partner directly to request for a visit to their organisation. To become connected to your district's Community Partner, please email the Hubs Facilitator on community@fvaf.org.uk.
