NHS Leadership Academy

The NHS Leadership Academy sits within the workforce, training and education directorate within NHS England. The academy aims to help everyone discover their full leadership potential and achieve the highest standards in health and care.

Through the NHS Leadership Learning Zone (LLZ), general practice nurses (GPN) and nurse practitioners can access a series of interactive GPN Leadership Fundamentals e-learning modules for free. These modules are mapped against the Primary Care and General Practice Nursing Career and Core Capabilities Framework.
