Personalised Care Team

The Personalised Care team sits within the NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board. They have developed a Personalised Care Training and Education Framework – a link to this free resource can be found within the Useful Links section.

The team offer free training courses for health and social care staff. This includes a half-day course, "What Matters to You? An Introduction to Personalised Care", which can be delivered in-person or virtually. Bespoke training tailored to the requirements of your team is also available, as well as introductory sessions to personalised care and refresher sessions.
