Royal College of Nursing

The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) offers a range of training and development opportunities for registered nurses. The RCN learning and development platform, ‘RCN Learn’, hosts a range of courses and resources – whether content is free or paid-for and accessible to RCN members and non-members is dependent on the specific content in question.

The RCN also offers a range of organisational products (learning courses and programmes) for nursing and health care teams. Staff can contact the RCN group to discuss specific organisational needs and how RCN can create a package to suit the organisation. RCN members can also join forums and networks, including their Care Home Network and Older People’s Forum.
