Trans in the City

Trans in the City is the world’s largest organisation for trans and non-binary people in business.

Trans in the City offer a range of E-learning and in-Person programmes which are free or costed depending on the training requirement. They also host free training resources and tools on their website, including information on the fundamentals of trans awareness, explained by trans and non-binary role models and allies. Foundation Training

Listening and Discussion Sessions

Listening Session

  • Listening session with trans and non-binary staff to provide safe space feedback and review.

Brave Space/Courageous Conversations Session for Allies

  • Open and honest discussion around trans and non-binary inclusion for cisgender people.
  • Requires Trans 101 and Trans Next Steps foundation training.

Mentoring for Employee Resource Group Leaders

  • Guidance from Trans in the City Directors on effective ERG operations
