• HealthZone UK:
  
  GCPA and system partners have teamed up with Piota Apps to launch a new application called HealthZone UK.
  
  This app aims to ease the transition into the UK for international recruits working in the care sector in Gloucestershire. From locating your nearest supermarket to reading up-to-date articles on modern slavery and exploitation, this app allows you to access all information in one place.
  
  Whilst this app is aimed primarily at international recruits, all information can be relevant for registered managers and other members of staff and we encourage anyone to download it.
  
  The app can be downloaded via Apple or Google stores via the links below:

  Once you have downloaded the app, search for "Adult Social Care in Gloucestershire" to get access to the Gloucestershire resources. If you have viewed these links on a laptop or computer, these can be transferred to a mobile device to view within the app stores or to download.

• NHS App:
  
  The NHS app can be accessed by anyone aged 13 and over registered with an NHS GP surgery in England or Isle of Man. It doesn't replace existing services but can be used to access services such as:
  • Request repeat prescriptions
  • Request an appointment
  • Check for GP surgery appointments
  • Use 111 online
  • Browse health and medical information
  • and much more!
