Employee Assistance Programme and Lifestyle Savings:

Vivup offer a free Employee Assistance Programme to support staff in the social care sector in Gloucestershire with mental health and wellbeing. You will need to log in or register online.  You may use a personal email to register. 

If you are facing problems at work or home, you will be able to access impartial and confidential advice from counsellors who can help with a range of difficulties including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationships, bereavement, finances and family difficulties.  

The telephone helpline is available 24/7.
