Mental Health
Mental Health covers a host of different subjects. Please go to the relevant pages within the A-Z for the specific subject area you’re looking for.
The Wellbeing Line recently hosted a webinar on How to Have Mental Health Conversations.
The webinar looks at what we can do to have compassionate conversations with others about their mental health. This covers: how to introduce the topic, how to listen with compassion and how we can best respond. Find the Webinar here.
If you're worried about someone else, please go to The Samaritans for information (see details below).

If appropriate, we can signpost you to other sources of support both nationally and within Gloucestershire.
The Helpline is available 365 days a year between the hours of 2 pm - 9 pm. We also have a dedicated Gloucestershire-based Clic online peer support forum to support adults with their mental health.
